The Management of VAMP Electrical (Pty) Ltd. is committed to the establishment, documentation, implementation and maintenance of a quality management system aimed at continual improvement and effectiveness of the quality management system, in accordance with the requirements of our company, our customers and the International Standard ISO 9001:2000 when supplying and installing Electrical Protection Devices To achieve this, VAMP's management has established the following objectives that will be periodically reviewed:

Obtain ISO 9001:2000 certification by October 2005.

To measure, monitor and improve on our turn around time for deliveries on final product.

Improve the skills and competencies of our staff by providing training during 2005 to continuously improve workmanship and final inspection criteria.

To ensure that our staff are made aware of their roles and responsibilities towards quality and the continual improvement process.
